Our Story
Uncompromising quality and confidentiality
After more than 10 years of experience in the close security business, Damien Laguerre, our founder, decided to open his own agency.
Having developed his skills in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East with all types of customers (business leaders, managers, royal families, etc.), Damien has perfected his skills to be able to adapt to any profile or situation.
It was during these experiences that he decided to create his own company, realizing that he could blend in the know-how learned abroad, with French precision and quality.
L&V was therefore created to give a new face to French security, offering a tailor-made service, with qualified professionals and guaranteeing exemplary confidentiality.
To succeed in achieving excellence, Damien Laguerre called on an expert in logistics and military management, Cyril Villerbu.
A sense of duty
A former student of the Ecole de l’Air and the Ecole du Commissariat de l’Air (French Air Forces), Commissioner General 1st Class Cyril Villerbu left active service after a career of 40 years as an officer and military administrator.
During his career, Mr. Villerbu served as base commissioner in charge of personnel administration and finance with approximately 2,000 people. He then took on management responsibilities in General Staffing and armies equipment logistics organizations at the central administration. He currently works as a management and business transformation/modernization consultant.
Accustomed to crisis management, he complements and supports the private security know-how of Damien, in whom he has absolute trust due to his seriousness and rigor.
